” I achieved my Black Belt in 1986 and have trained thousands of students in my 27 years as a martial arts instructor. My students find out that martial arts is not just a form of self-defense, but a way of living.
We teach our students to respect themselves and others. Find strength in holding steadfast to one’s values. The challenges you overcome during training helps one to realize that we hold tremendous power within us both mentally and physically and that the choices we make can either create balance and harmony or cause chaos in our worlds.
It is my belief that our society needs the balance that martial arts can instill into individuals, especially our children. “

Every moment is packed with fun, engaging activities that give your kids the skills they need for success in life.
During the school year we will provide transportation for your child from their school in our Rowlett Martial Arts Shuttles and brought to our studio.
A Daily, Fun, Structured, Supervised Afterschool Program for Your Child.
Through their Taekwondo training will continually build their Confidence, Discipline, Pride and Respect.

bell rings to the moment they're back in your arms. Since we pick your child up from school every day, all you have to do is pick them up from their afterschool martial arts. No more scurrying around, trying to taxi your child to all of his evening activities. The best part is having more quality time to spend at home.
